August Newsletter 2026

Wow! We would like to thank the amazing team at Sage. Their colleagues and partners took part in a charity hike challenge around Ullswater in May. We were nominated as a charity to support which we are very grateful for. Sage Foundation matched the donations made so we received £4729.31 which is just amazing and so very much appreciated.

Summer 2026

We have loved having lots of children coming into the project over the summer holidays to choose some toys and games. Lego sets have been very popular - getting the children to build and use their imaginations to lessen screen time. Our outdoor toys and Aquaplay sets have also been a big hit, and the best bit is parents don’t now need to find somewhere to store them.  

Gentle reminder

We have been receiving a lot of toys back to the toy library with pieces or parts missing. This means the toy is then not available for another family to loan until the missing items have been found and returned. Could we please ask that you double check all parts are there before returning the toy to the toy library.
