The Bels was ordinarily operated up to December 2007, by two part-time members of staff; Deb and Ingrid. Both Deb and Ingrid fully endorse the ethos of Bels and strive to make everyone welcome, whether visiting the project's main site or attending the Toy Library outreach sessions. Ingrid left the project (in December 2007) for a new challenge and the project extends many thanks for her invaluable input and enthusiasm, and wishes her well in the future.
