The Baby Equipment Loan Service & Toy Library participated in the Wallsend Festival on Saturday 5th July 2008. The children at the fair enjoyed the challenge of the "Colouring a Picture Competition". Fifty seven children participated. There were three age bands 'Under 4 years','5 to 8 years' and '9 to 12 years'.
The FIRST prizes were: Under 4 years 'A Walking Dino', 5 to 8 years 'Junior Monopoly' and 9 to 12 years 'A Blendy Pen Set'. All three winners also received a years' free membership to the Toy Library.
The SECOND prizes for each age category was a years free membership to the Toy Library.
The raffle prizes on the day included:

SECOND Childs Spanish Palma Guitar
THIRD Baby's Musical Walker
All the winners were notified on the day by telephone, THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO VISITED THE STAND ON THE DAY, AND THOSE WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE COMPETITION AND THE RAFFLE.
